I grew up in Boulder, watching my dad run his own insurance agency, then later moved to Bayfield with my wife, Tilly, whose family has small business roots of its own in La Plata County. Raising our kids here, surrounded by that same small business world, I've watched people close to me pour every hour into keeping the business running as-is. I can't count how many times I've heard "it's just the way we've always done it," and my answer is always the same: it doesn't have to be.

Cantrell Advisory Solutions grew out of helping my family first. It quickly became clear the same tangle of manual work and underutilized software shows up in small businesses all over the area. Our job is finding where a process is breaking down, matching it to an improved solution, and folding that fix into how the business actually runs, start to finish.
